Beth Sherman has been teaching in the fitness industry since 2005. She has multiple certifications in Group Exercise formats. She has been teaching Yoga since 2007. She certified in Yoga thru Body Training Systems LM Flow-Group Centergy in 2007. She went on to Certify with Les Mills BodyFlow in 2016. She has continued her education in yoga with credit hours in Vinyasa Fundamentals of Flow in 2016, and Anatomy 101 for Yoga Teachers with Tom Myers in 2017. She specializes in Power, Vinyasa Flow & Hot Yoga styles. She currently teaches yoga at Weatherford College as well.
